DOMINIC MILLER

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1960, Dominic Miller spent here his bodyhood, moving to Racine, Wisconsin in 1970.
He started learning the guitar aged 15, and later studied with Sabastio Tapajos and at London's Guildhall School of Music, where his contemporaries included violinist Nigel Kennedy and pianist Mike Lindup of Level 42.

Settling in London, he won the "Guitar Album of the Year" accolade from the Sunday Times in 1983.
Such a cosmopolitan start prepared him for the globespanning richness of Sting's music to wich Dominic brings skills honed by playing with a variety of world-class acts.

Dominic met producer Hugh Padgam in 1989, which led to him playing on Phil Collins' "But Seriously" album and then Sting's "Soul Cages" in 1991.
He also worked with Sting on the 8 million-selling album "Ten Summoner's Tales" co-writing "Shape of my Heart" with Sting.

He currently worked on Sting's album "Mercury Falling" and his world tour (1996).
Dominic Miller lives in London with his family.
